Manufacture

A full cycle — from procurement of birch raw material to packaging of finished products — on modern high-efficiency equipment.

How we make plywood

A full cycle on RAUTE, PLYTEC, ANGELO CREMONA, VALON KONE and TAKAYAMA equipment.

Cross-grain plywood — 4×8 ft format

The wood layers are perpendicular to each other: the grain direction of the outer layers is oriented along the short side of the sheet. Used where high bending rigidity is required.

Long-grain plywood — 8×4 ft format

The wood layers are oriented parallel to the long side of the sheet. Used where flexibility is required, and popular in the furniture industry — it allows producing larger long-grain parts.
